How agressive is Vapor Honing

Installing new tires on this 1970 Honda CT70 two piece rims.

After we removed the tire there was 50 years of grime and some rust.  To make sure the tire seated properly, we vapor honed both rim halves.  It took off the rust and grime but did not harm or take off any paint that was still there.

NOTE: If you do want to remove all the paint to re-paint them, our Sandblasting service will do the trick!
